WFT Engineering specializes in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety engineering consulting services in most sectors of construction, including commercial interiors, government, healthcare, higher education, mission critical, public safety, recreation, hospitality, and building infrastructure.
Our diverse team of qualified professionals perform planning, design, and construction phase services for complex renovations, replacements, and new construction, all focused on energy-efficient sustainable design solutions with a goal of minimizing the environmental impact of buildings to the highest extent possible. Services also include commissioning, building evaluations, feasibility studies, master planning assistance, program management, due diligence studies, lease assistance, and more, all custom-tailored to client needs. Our due diligence services have provided invaluable information for owner reps, tenants, and other clients on existing base building systems prior to lease negotiations.
