Project Details

WFT Engineering provided HVAC, plumbing and electrical design for the complete renovation of this old time, live radio facility into one of the best live nightclubs on the east coast. The project scope included the installation of new gas fired rooftop units, smoke purge system, electrical service upgrade, kitchen installation as well as provisions for sound and light reinforcement. The scope of work included detailed systems analysis to determine the most life cycle cost effective mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for the club, pre-ordering of equipment, incorporation of performer requested changes, and complete toilet facilities and security systems.
