WFT Engineering prepared existing condition AutoCAD drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems installed in the facility.

As part of the design team, WFT Engineering provided support for the architectural design in the form of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems required to comply with current code requirements and bring the hotel into compliance with new owner requirements. The work included a complete redesign and expansion of the main electrical room to fulfill the retail and hotel requirements for the complex.
