Project Details

WFT Engineering designed the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for Kaiser Permanente’s new 34,000 sf medical office center to be constructed on an 8 acre site in Manassas, Virginia. The building will include suites for primary medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dermatology, and radiology. It will also include a clinical lab, pharmacy and administration areas. Provisions will be included to facilitate a future 18,000 sf expansion. Pre-design services have already included participation in an eco-charette hosted by Kaiser Permanente to explore green building/sustainable design initiatives. Projected construction completion date is July, 2008.
