WFT Engineering provided complete mechanical,
plumbing, and electrical design for a 23,500 sf floor build-out
in a multi-tenanted office building to suit the requirements
of the AES Corporation. WFT Engineering previously designed
the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for two other
floors in the building. Design was completed in July, 2006.
The space was primarily closed offices and open work areas
plus the normal support areas associated with large corporate
tenants, including pantry and server room. The design team
members performed a thorough site survey prior to design.
This, plus attention to detail during design, resulted in
a thorough set of permit/construction documents as evidenced
by the notably few permit review comments and contractor RFI’s
during construction.
