WFT Engineering provided complete mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for multiple tenants at the 228,000 sf Rockville Metro Plaza I. The quality of services that WFT Engineering provided over three years of tenant designs has allowed us to become the engineering firm of choice for the client. This is evidenced by our recent contract to provide base building mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for Rockville Metro Plaza II. Our knowledge of the building and attention to detail along with a close working relationship with the building engineer has limited permit review comments and contractor RFI’s during all tenant build-outs, the last of which was completed in December of 2006. As Rockville Metro Plaza 1 is near full occupancy, WFT Engineering looks forward to continued work at the Rockville Metro Plaza office complex that will eventually include a third base building bringing the total office and ground floor retail to 620,000 sf.
