Established in 1995, WFT Engineering, Inc. is a minority owned SBA, SDB and MDOT certified professional engineering design firm. It is our policy to provide professional consulting engineering services to our clients in conformance with clearly established requirements of cost, scope, schedule, and technical competency. The definition of a quality product shall be a product that meets the client’s cost, scope, schedule and technical competency requirements, as well as the profitability requirements of the firm.

WFT Engineering specializes in the design of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and fire protection systems for the construction industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our project experiences range from the design of commercial high-rise office buildings, embassies, renovations of central chilled water plants, computer rooms, hospital suites, operating rooms, and telephone switching centers.

WFT Engineering’s staff includes degreed and registered mechanical, plumbing electrical, life safety, and fire protection engineers and designers; CAD designers, draftspersons, and administrative personnel.

WFT Engineering has the capability to produce high quality CAD design and construction documents utilizing the latest versions of AutoCAD up to and including AutoCAD 2008. WFT Engineering also utilizes the advanced 3D and intelligent CAD functions of AutoCAD MEP 2008 and AutoCAD Revit MEP Suite 2008, as well as the versatile export functions of AcroPlot 2006.
