Many of our firm’s projects include fast track and design build capabilities, requiring our staff to work closely with one another as well as with the equipment vendors to pre-order and/or pre-purchase major pieces of equipment for the projects. While all of our staff is “close knit” in assisting each other, we do assign teams to work on projects with specific clients. Having these teams interact with the same clients allows our clients to be comfortable when returning to WFT Engineering.
